BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AVON?

Hi, AVON is trying to make me pay $500 for an oder I never received.

I complained to two reps that looked after me and head office, and noone replied to me. I turned away 7 customers and now they are referring me onto a collection agency for the money...BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.

I really can't afford to pay this money and don't see why I should have to oay for this, i lost customers and hence lost money of my own when I didn't receive my order.

This is not fair, how can Avon do this to me?

  1. write the fixer . they can fix almost anything

    in the meantime if it was put on a charge card or paid by check , dispute that charge , or stop payment on the check  


  2. badger them some more, or bring it to court

  3. Contact the delivery company and ask them to check into the shipments that you did not receive.

    My Avon rep moved, and had trouble with the first couple shipments to her new address.  The delivery guy wasn't paying attention a dropped some of the packages at the wrong address.  Fortunately the receiver was honest, and contacted my rep, so everything ended up alright.
