  1. my philosphy, as growing up in the latter 20th century, can be summed up very briefly in this:

    "if it tastes good, don't eat it..its bad for you. if it tastes like sh*t however, it might be pretty good for you"


  2. bad food =  fried foods with  too mushy batter and fats and carbos like potatoes ..

    good foods = high  protein foods ( beef,lamb.chicken.liver , calamari and fish )  with vegetables and  fruits

  3. Bad food choices: no nutrients for the body - anything containing enriched flour, partially hydrogenated oils, or high fructose corn syrup listed as the top three ingredients.

    Good food choices: nutritious: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and some dairy

    vs soft drinks , pizza , hamburgers, hotdogs,

    good= grilled (like on a grill that cuts the fat out) veggies fruit

    bad =  easy and cheap and tasty

    fruits, salads, bread and butter, organic, soy products.

    Good: fresh fruits and veggies, water, tea, steamed or grilled foods, brown rice, wheat bread, small portions and everything in moderation---5-6 small meals per day, home cooked meals (as opposed to fast food or large portions at restaurants)
