BANKING...keep the change questions?

Question

first...do i have to do something to turn keep the change..i was told i got it for free because i have a student account, but do i have to activate it or something..

or does it take a little while for it to go through...i made a purchase last night (for 2.12...i got that price for something i didnt even need because i wanted to use my debit card and get the 88 cents because they match what you save for the first three months) and that was at 10:30 and now it is 5:20...does it take some time before the whole thing goes through?

If it's Bank of America's keep the change program.  The keep the change usually posts at the end of the business day that the transaction posts on.

Check your on-line banking and see if the purchase has posted yet, you should see the keep the change the following day (as it's not posted till the end of the business day).
