BATON TWIRLERS!!! i need help!!!! please?

im enterin a pagent this august...im twirling to the song mamma mia...i need a lot of tricks for one baton...thats not really easy but not hard.....im tryin to remember some of my old tricks but i cant really remember!!!! i need tosses too!!! SOME PLEASE HELP ME!!! thanks a bunch

throw it, do an illusion and catch it. (in case u dont know what an illusion is, its like a fan kick only your head is facing the floor and your leg goes behind you.)

OMG! I twirl 2! my team just won at nationals! Try a thumb toss, spin under, and catch. Or try fishtails, and some rolls. I loooooove 2 elbows. Idk how 2 explain how to do any of these! Or, u can do a high toss fan kick. And be sure to do fingers!
