MY BRAND NEW MP3 BATERY WONT CHARGE. IT PLAYS AND HAS POWER WHEN CONNECTED TO PC. THEN SWITCHES OF COMPLETELY WHEN I REMOVE IT FROM THE PC SAYING BATTERY LOW.
