It was a rubbish bit of TV.  Poor Lisa, hope someone tells her gently that he only did it for the money.

Rex should share his champagne with her as a consolation prize; she must have been gutted; Rex got champagne and she got Mario!

This is so staged.  Her lack of emotion or excitement suggests that she and Mario where planning to do this from the very beginning.
