Sara's like 'The Black Widow' of the house, everybody she becomes 'close' friends with gets evicted so she has to keep moving on to the next one.

I think she knows exactly what she's doing to Darnell, but just doesn't know any better.  

Long time ago she was telling someone the tale of how she didn't get on with her family, and how she got in with 'the wrong crowd' and that her Daddy threw her out when she was quite young, I believe therefore that she doesn't have the necessary maturity to interact with guys apart from flirting and 'giving out'.  Not a reasonable excuse for her behaviour but that's what I think is going on with her.
