BB9UK. Kathreya came to the UK 7 years ago to study (massage??), and has since been given British Citizenship?

.. does anyone who comes to the UK on a student visa get given British citizenship if they keep low and dodge the authorities for long enough? No wonder the UK is regarded as a laughing stock and a soft touch. Do we really need anymore Massage Therapists in this country?. This is not a personal dig at Kathreya or immigrants.. it's a dig at how slack and dodgy the system is.. If it were America, she would have been booted out in a second.

Im not suprised really. Theres a lot of chinese students that come here, and i mean a lot. What country was she from, it seems to be quite easy to draw a conclusion if she is from somalia or somewhere similar.

If she lied to authorities & got it through disinformation her Citizen can be taken back. To get citizenship as Student one must live for at least 10 years. So per ur info, she has done some dodgy deal & her citizenship can be taken back if authorities are notified.

Student visa's always have been a massive immigration scam. Massage therpists must have been one of those much needed skills gaps I keep hearing about.
