  1. I did not see the program but have read some of the aftermath and the views of that nut case Livingstone in London. I think that people have the right to drink what they d**n well please and not be brow beaten by self righteous, holier than thou, eco-n***s.

Is there a relevance to the fact that it is worth 2 billion a year? It obvioulsy keeps a h**l of a lot of people employed and no one is forced to buy or drink it. The authorities can also not introduce fluoride or any other such nonsence into it either.

Personally I don't drink bottled water as I grew up in a place where the tap water is soft and relatively good tasting. The muck that gets poured out of the taps in many places though would serioulsy tempt me to try bottled though. That is not the point though, what is is that I resent a bunch a self appointed, moral police types who are incapable of appreciating that others have a differing opinion but spend their time trying to preach to others on how they should live their lives.

  2. I think people who are obsessed with drinking bottled water only are really stupid.

  3. Panorama gets me kindof angry most times I watch it these days.. it seems to me they present quite a one-sided argument, and if they do interview someone with a different view they ridicule them for a bit.

I think people who refuse to drink non-bottled water are silly- even if you've got a problem with the mineral content, you can put it through a filter. People who think water that comes out of a bottle must be better for you don't know what they're talking about... Scottish mineral water is actually slightly radioactive...it won't do you any harm, but I bet most people who buy it don't know that. Also, when you think of people living in Africa who would give anything for a tap, it's kindof bad of us to demand 'better water.'

Having said that, if I stopped at a petrol station in the middle of nowhere and couldn't buy a bottle of water I'd be pretty annoyed. The majority of people buy it for convenience and I think we should have it, because it's not healthy to be dehydrated, and if it encourages people to drink more then it's a good thing.

  4. Perrier Not Arff Fizzy Innit

  5. I don't watch the BBC as it is full of left wing bias.

I don't trust any of the BBC output to tell the unbiased truth.

  6. I didn't see the programme.  It became a fashionable thing to do as far as I can see, but it's up to the individual - I don't drink bottled water but my wife does -  however I've always found it amusing that Evian is Naive backwards.

  7. I work in a small supermarket in  Cornwall, and believe it or not, it's the biggest selling soft drink we sell. I've got a little spring in my back garden, and was thinking about bottling it. Does anyone remember Dell boy, and Rodder's bottled water??? Well look out for Maid in Cornwall's version,it might taste of Aldi's own shower gel, or Head,n shoulders hydrating sleek and smooth, but the dog's been drinking it for years, and he's still only got 5 legs, so it can't be too bad!!!!

  8. It's terrible considering that the people in some countries don't have enough water for themselves, yet it is being shipped around the globe at extortionate prices.

  9. People who buy bottled water (filtered city water) are suckers, bottom line. What a bunch of tards. When has city water killed anyone, other than the Middle Ages when people crapped in their drinking water. My 98 year old Grandfather has been drinking city water his whole life and it hasn't killed him yet. Keep throwing your money down the toilet you goofs.

  10. It's good for morons.(At least,they think it is)

  11. There's too much money about today - that's the problem.

  12. I wouldn't dream of buying it, especially the stuff that comes from Fiji, 10,000 miles away.

  13. One week coffee gives you cancer, the next week it doesn't

Then tea gives you cancer, then it doesn't

One week 4X4s are the new Satan, the next week they're not

And global warming is going to kill us all...

This is nothing more than the politics of fear, because if we're all afraid then we're easier to control. Did you know global warming is prevalent on Mars??? Apparently the EU are going to introduce a lightbulb tax to help Mars slow down their carbon emissions....
