BBC new office at Langley, Berks?

Nosey as i am, i live in Iver Heath, South Bucks and was on my way to Heathrow when I saw that the BBC had opened a small, office building just beofre the station opposite Virgin Media's Langley HQ.

Anyone know what happens there?
