BBQ FOOD [eaten too much]

what would you do, if you were on a diet and dicided to go to bbq, then you have 4 sausages and 2 burgers and feel guilty about it ?

  1. Forget about it.  Start your diet tomorrow and do not beat yourself up over the fumble.  There is a possible lesson:  if you were trying to stop spending money on, say, bowling you should avoid bowling alleys. Dieting is a life long effort.  You lost the game today!  Each day is a new opportunity to show yourself that you are the one who can get it done.  Stay away from BBQ,   It is more addictive than ice cream.  Seriously,  you have avoid places where you are going to be tempted to give in to the great food.  No different than an alcoholic learning to avoid bars and his old friends from the bar.  Good luck.

  3. I would not beat myself up over it.  Life is to short.  Just resolve to do better the next day!!!!  This is definitely not the end of he world.  Hope you enjoyed the cookout.  And good luck on the diet....

  5. Not be on a diet and just lve healthy. Why can't girls never stop worrying? if you eat when hungry and move when you have enrgy your body naturally keeps you healthy if you listen to your urges you feel. People are only fat because they worry and are not healthy.

  7. eat some fresh arugula.  this is for two reasons.  #1:  you can convince yourself that you did eat something healthy and good for you, so the guilt doesn't drive you to a midnight ice cream binge; and #2:  because arugula is really great for soothing upset stomachs, and if you ate that much at a BBQ, you probably have one!  :)

  9. did you eat them because you were hungry or did you eat them because you were lonesome or hurting or angry?  If you were hungry, simmer down and eat light for next meal.  You probably won't be so hungry then since you loaded up now.  And if you were that hungry, you need to eat more often, and in smaller portions.  Starving for long periods and then binge eating isn't a diet either, it is trouble waiting to happen.

  10. best answer that comes to my mind is...buy ALLI.... RELIEVE (hahaha) yourself of the fat and guilt.
