If you have lots of room, you guys can play wiffle ball, everybody likes it, and all you need is some wiffle balls and some sort of bat, plastic, metal, wood, it doesn't matter. Or you guys can play 2-touch football or real football, and then there's always capture the flag. A fun little twist is play with 4 tennis balls and you can throw them across and one of your teammates has to catch it on the other side. Hope that helps.
