  1. It is not a SUPER important thing. However most ladies like to do it and in some cases it helps. For example my best friend charts hers and she kept charting hers during her period, thank god... because it wasnt her period it was impantation bleeding, and she would of never known. Except when your period starts your temp goes down!

    So you decide!

    Good luck though

  2. I don't think it's super important, but I think when you are first charting it isn't a bad idea.  I just started a few months ago and the other day my temp went down .5 degree.  I am pretty confused about where I am at in my cycle because it is all whacked after bc.  Well, later that day I got my period and now that temp drop makes sense.  So, I would say go ahead and keep temping all the time.

  3. You can absolutely start tomorrow, it will still detect ovulation. Just be sure to take it at the same time every day from here on out. I 100% recommend plugging in your temps to fertilityfriend.com. While I have taking charge of your fertility book too, fertilityfriend has helped me soooo much. You just plug in your temps each day, mark your cervical mucous, other signs, etc. and it calculates everything for you!! No mistakes! Check it out....basic membership is free!

  4. well I just started charting this month and didn't buy my thermometer until the last day of AF so that's when I started and it seems to be charting just fine, but I believe your supposed to start at the beginning to give you a better history of your temperature characteristics.  Just start charting tomorrow, first thing in AM before getting out of bed!
