Question:

BBT Charting and Traveling to different Time Zone... ?

I'm going to be out of state for 20+ days and it's a 3 hour difference (3 hours behind our time) and I was wondering how bad this will affect my chart and how I should approach this... and within those 20 days i'll probably be on the road 2-3 of those days. I don't want to stop charting cuz I don't want to get out of the habit but i think it's going to be a pointless month as far as charting goes.

Suggestions?

Hoping to catch a fertile day before I leave since mi hubby won't be with me =/

Thanks and Baby Dust to all who want some =)

  1. don't worry, what doctors recommend is that you take yoru temperature as soon as you wake up and before getting up, regardless of what timezone you're in so just keep doing that, you can read more about this or ask a doctor online for free for advice, try fertilityties.com

    good luck!
