Hi guys, I am trying to do this BBT charting for the first time. I recently had a m/c at 6 weeks (bleeding stopped on the 31st July). So I started measuring my temperature at about the same time every morning before I get up, there they are:

8th Aug 36.36

9th Aug 36.25

10th Aug 36.44

11th Aug 36.11

12th Aug 36.17

13th Aug 35.98

14th Aug 36.22

15th Aug 36.51

16th Aug 36.51

17th Aug 36.70

18th Aug 36.08

I have no idea why it is going all over the place. I've had EWCM on the 2nd Aug, 7th Aug and 13th Aug and we've been BDing every second day since the 1st Aug up to now. What do you think my chances are of falling pregnant??

Please help. Any advice appreciated!!!!

  1. yeah I highly recommend using fertility friend to chart your temps.  it's free unless you want all the bells and whistles then it's like $50 for  year.  I am on my second month charting with FF and it takes ALL the guess work out and calculates everything for you.  Considering you just had a miscarriage (sorry for your loss, I too had one in March) your body is most likely not even close to being back to "normal"  I have been using opk's since my miscarriage and my ovulation was ALL over the place, just last month and this month are my cycles bang on 28 days with ovulation on day 14 (textbook isn't it?)  That could explain why your temps are so erratic.  BDing every other day is your best bet this soon after a miscarriage, so your chances are good.
