I am just curious as to why I had such a huge spike on 4dpo. I know I ovulated on Sunday (ovulation pain, cm, cervix). Now I am wondering if I am starting to have a triphasic pattern based on todays temp but I thought this was kind of early. I want answers from women who chart often and know what they are doing and how to read it. I am hoping to get pregnant this cycle.

  1. It is early for a triphasic pattern but wait and see what the next couple days bring...good luck!

Here's my chart if you want to compare (note my cd 19 spike at 3pdo..I suspect that it may actually be my ovulation day and ff is wrong-I never ovulate this early)

  2. Actually, I think the spike is actually as a result of the coverline being wrong. You most certainly ovulated; there's no doubt about that, but I think it was on CD18 and that your coverline should be around 97.2 instead of where it is. This would therefore make the spike less obvious and I think might be the reason for your current chart.

You've got several days where you ignored the temps and/or didn't take your temps, and I suspect that's messing with the chart a little bit. However, if you were to take a new Ov and new coverline into account, your chart still looks excellent!

  3. I think the chart looks good.

That is my first and only chart.
