  1. So now BCCI want to tell our players what they can say? Well if that is not typical of their arrogance! Clarke was speaking for himself, not CA, and has a right to his opinion. They may be able to 'con' their own & other Asian people about the safety, or lack of it, in Pakistan, but we knows what we knows, as they say.Pull your head in BCCI, and mind your own business about what we talk about in Australia!

  2. there is a theory presented by Darwin, which is applicable in this world not only in the jungle but also the human society :

"STRUGGLE FOR EXISTENCE AND SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST"

Life always finds its way, similarly this great game will always find its way, no one can stop the rivers or dry the seas, can anyone, no one can stop the passion of the game in us or the ties between sub continent and other countries, Clarke has shown his demeanour by giving a statement like this ~

it doesn't matter a bit , what people say, i really disappreciate BCCI for responding to such a small entity of the game, BCCI is degrading themselves by responding to Clarke !

Great game cricket is the biggest entity, people like Clarke come and disappear !

Edit: Shailesh, are u Indian? i don't understand the intent of your Q, if you want to force an anti-BCCI opinion on us ! BCCI is a strong crciket organisation, who reserves a fundamental right of rejecting someone's weird thought of split of world cricket, isn't it , what you are saying is why England is helping US in IRAQ , because England is a strong nation, similarly BCCI is a strong board and a member of ICC, who has the right to object anyone's wrong suggestion, isn't it!

    best regards!

i tried to answer it honestly and without offense to anyone!

    god bless!

    star!

  3. The answer above me says it all.

  4. Australian vice-captain Michael Clarke's comment that any split between Asian and Western countries would herald "the end of cricket".

That's an extremely strong comment, however he is entitled to his own opinion and the BCCI are just sticking their heads into something that does not concern them.

It was a strong comment..yes, but it didn't have the potential to change anything in the cricketing world. So it shouldn't be made into a big deal.

  5. It is just a comment without much understanding.

ICC/ ECB and the Western World has always dominated cricket. No one likes India to do well. Success of IPL has changed their attitude. If ICC had banned ICL, then those players cannot play in a BCCI or ICC match.

ECB disregarded IPL dates and fixed a match with SL. Something is amiss here.

BCCI took the right stand here. As for Champion League dates, it starts and ends during Dusserah/ Holiday period. Ensuring maximum viewers. Also prior to Australian Tour of India.

So do not understand why Australia is making comments about BCCI here.

  6. BCCI can do anything

  7. Why doesn't that surprise me? Arrogant to a fault those guys. I hope Clarke answers in kind & lets the ratbags know what he thinks of them. My opinion is that they should keep out of Australia's business.
