BEA (bond enforcement agent) aka bounty hunter equipment?

im a BEA in training i am currenly using my brother cuffs and baton but where can i get good but cheap gear like batons, flashlight that can be used as a baton pepper spray clothes ect ect. i need it cheap but good these tolls can save my life so they cant be crappy

I would ask other bounty hunters where they get their gear, and there's always the good old internet. Don't go too cheap, your life may depend on it!
