  1. NO!!!

  2. Yes - but not completely.

Acne is usually caused by subcutaneous bacteria which live under the skin and are hard to get rid of. Your body's defence to foreign bacteria is to send red blood cells to fight them, hence the skin appears reddened.

The bacteria are difficult to permanently remove, so I'd recommend speaking to a doctor - you may be able to treat it more effectively with antibiotics or just by washing the skin in a diluted dettol or tcp solution every few days.

If you swim in the sea you'll get two antibiotic effects - salt water on your skin, and ultraviolet radiation from the sun, both of which may reduce your acne a bit, for a few days, but are unlikely to be a permanent cure.

Also, if you tan the reddening will be less visible, but that's a disguise, not a cure, and you risk serious long term skin damage, so my advice would be to get a bit of sunshine (vitamin D is good for you) but try not to get anything heavier than a mild tan.

  3. Yes, From the sun mostly,,,
