No such beast.  The performance of the bullet is going to depend both on the gun you shoot it from, and the target you shoot it into.

Welcome to the never-ending world of "try it and see"

The length of a gun's barrel changes the velocity of the bullet.  Longer barrels equals higher velocity.  So, a bullet which mushrooms perfectly when fired into a gallon water jug from a rifle may not expand evenly when fired into a gallon of water from a handgun.

Also, the rifling makes a difference.  Different guns have different types and rates of rifling.  One gun may stabilize the bullet perfectly, while another very similar gun may fail to stabilize that same round.  If the bullet isn't stabilized, it will hit off-axis, and not expand properly if at all.

The target matters as well.  Turtles, for example, with their hard outer shell, deform hollowpoint bullets before penetration.  Rabbits, on the other hand, are very soft, particularly in the body.  Hollowpoints function properly against them.

So, buy a variety of types of ammo.  Using the gun you plan to use, shoot them at the target you plan to be shooting.  Dig the bullets out, and compare.  Then you'll know.

CCI does make some higher velocity stuff...just harder to find "on the shelf". I'll post the link below.

Not saying they are the best...but a good hunting round to try in your firearm...and readily available.
