  1. Okay, here's mine. This one always keeps me going in a touch game or situation that's going to be hard to get out of:

Always stay positive, always keep the team motivated, never think that just because you may be losing by 20 (or whatever you could be losing by) doesn't mean that the match is over. Always say, "its okay, shake it off, let's get ready for the next one!" instead of, "that was really bad, we're never going to win because of your continuous mistakes!" Get the picture. Basically, I am saying is be positive, have good sportsmanship, and keep the team's spirits high no matter what the situation, and of course, do your best.

  4. THE BEST advice i ever got was to DIGG DEEP.......i am a libero so it is very important to stay deep to pass and digg because it is MUCH easier to move forward to get a ball than to reach backwards or backpedal it takes a lot of disipline to stay on the back line because it doesnt feel natural or like you could digg ANYTHING but with a lot of drills, practice, dedication, and disipline,  you will teach yourself to stay deep and it will help you a ton and improve your whole defense....thanks to my awesome coach, i will remember forever

***hope i helped and good luck!!!

  5. Get your butt down. You always hear it but it never happens most of the time.
