  5. bahamas,

    big island of hawaii

    florida

    new zealand

    australia

  6. Tahiti!

I would love to go there for my honeymoon but its darn expensive!

  7. Fiji definitely

  8. The Maldives. A water bungalow over the Indian Ocean is perfect. Try to find a smaller resort with a spa, the one I go to has only 72 water bungalows, the bar is over the ocean so you can drink your cocktails watching the fish swimming by. It is so relaxing and romantic.

  9. I love Jamaica MONTEGO bay

  10. ANYWHERE!!! The key is NOT going to the beaches that everyone else goes too. Sometimes the most beuatiful places are the ones the natives go to themselves. During my honeymoon we asked around and coincidently the time we went was the time when the locals have vacation and we saw more locals than American tourists themselves. We went to Brazil but instead of going to Ipanema or Copacabana we went to the northeast where the beaches are clear, sand is white and you can sled down giant sand hills into the ocean. Then we went off to a famous island that only a certain amount of people are allowed on at a time to preserve the natural habitat. The feeling was more authentic to us. So just pick your place, Mexico, Jamaica etc etc and look around for the real jewels!

  11. philippines

  12. Everyone does Hawaii...try something different and check out Australia or New Zealand!

  13. Easy, A suprising travel destination for honeymooners that works with the feel and groove of a laid-back vacation away from the world where love can flourish, would be the Osa Penninsula of Costa Rica. Costa Rica is one of the most laid back countires in the world (Defently also from personal experience), where time moves slower and things are new and amazing. Costa Rica is the second most biologicaly diverse land in the World, and its second to the amazon rainforest one thousand times its size. Try for Puerto Jiminez, its out of the way, south enough towards the tip of the Osa, but still acessable by english speaking people. Research in advance for hotels in the area, there are a few good quality hotels worth checking out. The area is easily walkale by night (no real crime to speak of), and is friendly and beautiful. Look up local tours to the botanical gardens across the Osa, or check out a scuba diving tour in the area with the locals. Its a easily affordable honeymoon that is out of the way of tourism, but still comfortable and affordable from travel in the U.S. Hope this helps!

  14. Love the idea of Hawaii, but others don't because so many others go there.  What about the USVI... St. Thomas, St. Johns, St. Croix.
