  1. Yes, as long as you add the conditioner your fish will be fine. Check the dosage on the conditioner bottle and make sure you mixed enough of it. If it makes you feel better, I forgot to add the water conditioner a few times with my old Betta, I added it within an hour when I forgot, and he lived a long healthy 2.5 years. Your fish should be fine. :)

  2. yes that is fine, as long as you put in enough water conditioner and you mixed it BEFORE you put the betta in the tank.

  3. its fine

  4. Relax, your fish will be fine.

It is perfectly fine to put the water into the tank and then add the water conditioner.  I do it like this all the time.  You really don't have to mix anything... the filter will cause the conditioner to disperse throughout the tank.

  5. Don't worry about it too much. I've even made the mistake of forgetting to condtion water before my betta went back in the tank - I placed the betta back in the tank, then several minutes later realized I forgot to condition it (I have about 10 2.5g tanks to clean weekly - eventually your brain gets fried!) and I just added conditioner then. He's still alive and well, and didn't suffer from his ordeal. Peach should be just fine :)

    Good luck!
