BEst plyometrics/exercise for fast twitch muscle fibers? HELPPP?

Hi there I am a 16 year old male 5,10 and i weigh 135 pounds. I was wondering, what are the best plyometrics exercises or just exercises to increase my fast twitch muscle fibers/strengthen them so I can have a higher vertical leap for basketball?

  1. practice jumping up you wall and see how high you can touch. and get a chair and jump on and off it


  2. While these may not be the "best," there are a number of them here that you can try -- if you have the needed items (cones, bleachers, etc.)
