BF Bad Company Find all Five?

I have been trying to link my xbox live gamertag on the Battlefield website so I can get the shotgun. But it says that it sends me an email but when I go and look at my email the email from Battlefield is not there. I have done this many times and I have made sure all the emails were correct and still nothing. Any help?
