BF Likes me On-top. Good Exercises??

What are the best exercises to be doing (for your legs) when your BF prefers you on top??

Any links? Person experiance? Please help me out. I already go to the gym 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes cardio, and I work out most all my muscle groups lightly. But I still have a few extra pounds and It is tough, so I figure there hass got to be a way to make it more comfortable to perform.

  1. usually i just concentrate on the s*x......and dont think about exercising my legs when im enjoying the s*x....as i usually o****m in this position my legs would be of no use anyway!!

    just keep clenching the old

    bum muscles, mmmmmmm

  4. just keep opening your legs then closing them sounds good exercise to me.lol.
