BFD and ProTools error #-7401?

Question

Hello, I just purchased FXPANSION BFD and it works fine as a stand alone but when I try to use the RTAS plugin in ProTools, I get error #-7401 cannot display Plugin in Plugin window and then Protools crashes. I'm contacting FXPANSION but does anyone have any Ideas? Thanks
