BFP - what next??

I am so excited! Today I took 3 pts and all came out positive!! I have been trying for almost two years and it's finally happend! What should I do next to get ready and stay healthy for my new little joy? I am currently on prenatals, drink lots of water and now will start eating a lot better, grains, milk, veggies and fruits! I am so overjoyed I can't even put it into words!! Thanks all!

OH - PS I have my paperwork doctors appt next Wed too :)

  3. fish is good brain food too,but avoid fish high in mercury.there are foods which can be harmfull for the baby so ask about those.gentle exercise,i.e walking 5 miles a day,swimming are very good,aqua natal is really good because you can swap tip etc with other mums/mums to be.avoid all medication.if you can even avoid painkillers for the first 12 weeks at least.avoid alcohol and stress.if you start to spot at any time ask about progesterone support,asap....did you do anything different to ttc????

As i'm sure you know it is a long process for most of us so enjoy every minute of it~ you are off to a good start but dont forget they say limit caffiene to one glass a day incase you drink cola's or coffee! good luck and enjoy the journey. hope i join you in babyhood soon!

  8. awww congrats im so happy for you!!!! i would reccomend to walk alot if you can i walked tons when i was pregnant with my first and it really did help with the delivery!!!!
