BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!

im 39 weeks pregnant. i have not worked because no one would accept me and my old employer said i couldnt work for them anymore due to my pregnancy(cuz it involved carrying and climbing). so my boyfriend(the baby's father) promised that he would help me pay my debts aka credit card bills(closed but still owing), cell phone bills(that he ranked up under my name), or anything i need to pay then when started working pay him back. so worst thing happened, he left and didnt want anything to do with the baby or me. my fault for relying but now im in serious debts ive explained my situation to all ive owing but still sending me letters saying that they will take me to court or even taking me to a collection agency. im really scared right now. im only relying on my unemployment insurance in the cost of my own living. if they take legal action can anyone tell me what will happen. or if anyone can help me pls. i just dont want to stress over it. i only have less than a week to have my baby i really dont want any commotion going on so pls help me out with any information or suggestions in what im gonna do. are they gonna deduct money from my unemployment insurance or anything like that pls help me.

Only the federal and state governments can take money if you own them. Yes they will threaten to take you to court but ya can't get blood out of a turn-up. Collection agency's will usually just harass you for the money. If it is really really bad maybe bankruptcy is the answer but only as a last resort.

Get a Lawyer and file for bankruptcy, some people don't like to do that,but you may not have a choice. But you do have to contact a Lawyer. It will cost you some money but in the long run it will be worth it.!!

DO IT NOW, and also u should call state farm for a money loan they r awesome!!!!!!!!!! though im just an 11 year old. but the same thing is happening with  my parents but one tip......this is no joke!!!!!!!! if u keep the toilet lid down when ur not using it, it will give u some luck of money help. and i hope u dont lose ur home or anything!!!!!!!!!!! that would be awfull!  god bless u and ur baby!
