BIG QUESTION! Is it illegal to pose topless in a magazine at 15?

I'm not asking for me. On justjared.buzznet.com they reported finding pics of Miley Cyrus posing TOPLESS for Vanity Fair. I heard somewhere that it's illigal for anyone under the age of 15 to do that, and the magazine has to be shut down. Is that true?

that is nuts. i saw britney flashing way more half nudes than miley. you can't even actually tell that she is topless, she could be wearing a tube top.

It is illegal in the US to pose topless for any magazine at age 15, but if shes covering up her b*****s, shes not *really* topless.  

Vanity Fair doesnt do "nude."

I cant believe she would agree to use that picture though, she looks awful! Thats not at all what she normally looks like.

It makes me want to puke. For one she's 15, the same age as i, and i don't care if shes got a blanky, or "any" ONE piece of cloth on, shes to young and stands for a pure great image, and shes demolishing that outlook bit by bit, shes also losing parent's approvel's bit by bit, im 15, not allowed to show cleavage, wear short shorts, and "Oh.. it's no big deal for a girl a couple months younger than me to have nothing but a blanket on in a S****y disturbing photo . Hello, brittney spears # 6. Just another "soon to be ****" to add to the collection. Whatever, i know shes lost at least one fan.

& I bet you didn't know this one, go to google and type in trashy/S****y pictures of Miley. She's already, on her on time, and own choice, took pictures of her half naked self with her own camera,and they've made there way through the net.

Dont get me wrong ima HUGE fan of Miley but ew she looks so creepy it looks like its for a sary movie or something like her face is all pale and her lips are so purple. And why would they ask her to pose topless, how pervertish of them.
