Question:

BIG WINS for small bettors

Last week several Bettor.com users won hundreds and thousands of pounds, and the majority of which put on less than a £10 bet!

The horse racing at Wolverhampton on Monday (28th Feb 2011) was one of the biggest surprises of the week. Several Bettor.com users put bets averaging £10 on outsider ‘Needwood Ridge’, and saw a return of around £1490 after the mare, which had huge odds of 150 (149/1) to win, surprised everyone and won the Stay At The Wolverhampton Holiday Inn Median Auction Maiden Stakes.
That wasn’t the only event that resulted in a shock win.
On Sunday (27th Feb), those who backed Birmingham to beat Arsenal in the Carling Cup Final went home with 6.4 times their stake. But it was the totally unexpected win for Ireland in the ICC World Cup 2011 on Wednesday (2nd March), when they beat England, which gave Bettor.com users the biggest reason to smile. Those who backed the Irish team must have been laughing all the way to the pub as they took home 28 times their stake!
So if you thought large betting deposits were required for big returns, think again. On Bettor.com the big risks and small deposits are the current trend.
As we continue to head further into 2011, and with some big events around the corner, including the Cheltenham Festival, the FA Cup, Wimbledon and the Grand Prix, there are plenty of opportunities for punters to take home profits that consist of triple, quadruple and even quintuple digits.
So, whether it’s a £1 or £10 bet, there is one thing for sure: small bettors can win big. Whether it’s by focusing on the form for horses and the stats for football, or just by using a ‘nice names’, ‘big dump’  or ‘colours’ formula to make your bets, any system, if it works, is a system that should never be changed.
Losing a big sum is dumb; being clever is bettor. ;-)
