BILLITON PETRÓLEO Y GAS CORPORACIÓN ESPANA received job offering email. Is this fraud or should i join?

I received the high profile job offering email BILLITON PETRÓLEO Y GAS CORPORACIÓN ESPANA from this company which is located in spain so should i join or is it fraud case? I want to know the details about this company.

I'm sorry but it's a COMPLETE fraud. Companies rarely if ever offer a job through email, especially one that's worth getting. I've had jobs offered to me that I never applied to also. It's usually a way just to get information to send spam, or possibly even steal an identity. Do not give them ANY information. If they really want someone to work for them, they'll call.

Even if the company is real this doesn't mean the eMail is really from that company.  Assuming you didn't apply for a job with this company you can pretty much assume this is a fraud and delete it.  Never heard of this company but there are so many frauds of this type going around with other companies that I'm sure this is another one.
