BIRDS UNEXPECTEDLY LAID EGGS! xD?

umm ok i myself wanted this to happen but my mother was hoping it wouldn, of course they are her birdies but anyways... we got them and we knew we had 2 males 1 female. well of course she laid a clutch of 4 eggs and only 2 have hatched so far... as far as i kno its normal for them to hatch at diff times but i was wandering when they are able to leave theyre mother... iv read up on things but can anyone sum it up a lil bit easyer? plz and thx any help u can give.
