Does anyone work with an absolute *****? I work with this woman who thinks she is an absolute glamour wen in actual fact she is extramly unattractive..she'll put u down ne chance she gets.. we r in the hairdressing industry so we have a lot of social interation.. the way she talks herself up and tells clients on of our stories as if its hers.. shes gettin married and thinks shes fantastic and eventually she will get the sack coz my manager n apprentice all hate her.. just wondering if ne one has any insight as to y she does this or can relate?

she does this because, she has issues from within and possibly feel that others will be able to see them if she doesn't create an world of fabulosity around herself. If she talks down on others it is because she doesn't want the attention focused on herself unless it is positive. if she says or talk down on you, just ask her "why is it any of her concern, if she is not doing anything to make your situation better than mind her own business." Better yet, I am a very vindictive person if she said anything to me or about me, I would simply ask her "Do you know where your man is?" that will make her shut up quickly and start to wonder if you know something she doesn't. but don't do this if you don't have the guts to back up your words.
