the machine is iR8500 canon copier. after using the machine for that hour the operator turn off the switch located in the panel, then a few seconds turn off also the main switch located at the side.a minutes later he turn on the machine in the main switch but the lcd canot display now and also keypad of the panel not responding...only the green LED function in the front...what is the possible cause of the problem? and which is defective board or parts?thanks
