BLACKLIGHT PARTY? Please give links or info!

Question

I want to have a bat mitzvah by next june for under $5000? Here's what I wanted: Blacklight themed, party bus for service to party, A nice VIP room for all the adults (im allowed), and a nice dance floor with a DJ. If anyone has some good ideas where I can find any of this and if it's possible, please let me now immediately. My moms friend is a party planner and stuff but if ANYONE knows anything about how to do this, PLEASE answerrrrr with links and such!!!!!!!!!

as a party planner, your mom surely has access to party supply catalogs where you can find lots of ready made party props that will glow under blacklight. in addition, common highlighter pens can be used to decorate items and can even be use to decorate your skin to glow. there are fabrics and papers that will also react to blacklight, so you could make clothing, center pieces, ats, etc. i'm not suure, but there may be a blacklight fluid for fog and/or bubble machines, and maybe blacklight food coloring, too. have some mirrors availble so people can see how they look under the blacklight. Check your makeup under blacklight before the party because some makeup glows under blacklight
