is there a way to see how many or which users have looked at your blog? or any information at all about your site's viewers? it doesnt have to be names or anything... just even a number of how many have looked at it?

The best way to do this is not just for blogging sites but for websites all together.  Google Analytics has a great way to do this and you can check their website on it here:

http://www.google.com/analytics/

I use StatCounter in my blog. It can be invisible, but counts your hits and all. You can even see your viewers' locations and IP addresses. Go to www.statcounter.com.
