BMX Hubs.. What does the H in 48H or 36H mean?

I'm looking at the hub on this page

in the pull down options at the page you can either select a 36H or 48H. what is the difference or what does the H in 46H mean? i know that the 10T means teeth. not sure about the H, any help would be appreciated
