i think the s&m its just a little lighter not much but i know they make great bikes

For street I would say the LTF frame is out of the question (in my opinion). Why? WAAAY too light! Those dropouts will probably eventually collapse after enough grinds, who knows? For park it's probably ok, but if I was going to do both I'd go with the Mirraco or at least the LAF frame from S&M. Or a Terrible One.
