BODYBOARDING or BOOGIEBOARDING?

how do u do a backflip off a body board or boogie board like the one this guy did from the show Life of Ryan??. he ran to an approaching wave, stood on his board, rode up the wave, and did a really HIGH backflip off of it. can someone link me an instructional vid (maybe form youtube) or something?
