Hi guys, I am having trouble with the pressure in my UTICA boiler reaching 30 psi and slightly tripping the valve. I have checked the expansion tank and it appears to be working properly. The pressure rises to just 30psi and causes a large trickle. Do I have air in my pipes? I just performed my winter service (Oct) during which I changed the air vent as well as the pressure relief valve.Can you help?ThanksJohnG
