BOTTOM STITCH IS ALWAYS LOOSE

CONSEW CN2053R THE TOP STITCH LOOKS FINE BUT WHEN YOU FLIP IT OVER THE FABRIC AND LOOK AT THE BOTTOM STITCH IT IS LOOSE LIKE LITTLE LOOPS INSTEAD OF TIGHT STITCHS. I HAVE TRYED TO TIGHTEN TE BOBIN SREWS BUT NO CHANGE.
