i'm a very health conscious person...i don't like to excercise or work out, but i like to play my favorite sports (badminton, soccer, etc)...absolutely hate running, cuz i have asthma, so the max. i can run is like 5 steps before i have a heart attack, lol...anywhooo, recently i've been really really interested in boxing/kickboxing...i really wanna try it out just for fun, not as a profession tho...i'm 19yrs old, height 5'7, 135 pounds...i have a somewat toned body, but could be better...i'm also left handed since birth...idk if that works towards my advantage...so what could i do to pursue boxing/kickboxing...like are there an boxing clubs young adults (esp. girls) could join?
is it common for girls to try this...lol, i don't wanna feel like an outsider...
