BRA BRA BRA!!!!!! help!!!!!?

i have b*****s, but they are so tiny!!! i am 13 and i can fit into a 32A. the problem is, i need the shape of the padded bra (otherwise you can see my nips through a shirt and a training bra) but i dont really need the suppport of a cupped bra. should i keep living with training bras, or should i fit into a cupped one???

my mom say just make sure you can't see your bra through your shirt. and wear padded when you have b***s. wear training if you want too.
