  1. you really need to see a dentist!

  2. Maybe it's just inflammation.

There could be something worse too. My ortho checked my teeth and said I was all ready for braces (probably because my cavity check was cleared out). He put on the spacers and informed I needed tooth extraction. So a few days later I did. Once my mouth was pretty much healed I went back to the dentist. Ugh, I have decay! So now I have to get them filled. I think orthos only care about the alignment of teeth and cavities... so yup, go check it out with a dentist.

  3. First, you need to listen to your orthodontist and keep your braces IN.  Second, you need to see your regular dentist and have your teeth professionally cleaned.  This will help and they will tell you what you need to do to keep your gums healthy.  brushing and flossing is a good start, but you should also rinse with Listerine, as it kills the germs that cause your gums to swells and bleed.

  4. Hey I have braces and the same thing happenned to me all you need to do is change your tooth paste my gums were sensitive to a certain type

    Hope I could help
