Is it true there is a sign in Brazil that says something like 'Go to Framingham, Massachusetts?'

If so where and i'd like to see a picture if at all possible

Have you ever seen the size of Brazil?! If I decide to actually post such sign how will anybody else know about it??  Brazil has a population of 190 million, if such thing exists, God knows.  Where did you hear about this sign?  Give us some light, we might be able to help you find it.
