BREAKING A MIRROR. SUPERSTITION

Hey, I'm a muslim and by accident i stepped on a mirror. it cracked but nothing fell out. Now i'm scared about the bad luck thing. Islam, does it say anything about that? please help what can I do!!

  1. There are not Islamic superstitions, since superstition itself is pretty much shirk, but there are some superstitions that are common in Muslim cultures. A good example is the hamsa (Hand of Fatima) which is a symbol found in practitioners of all three Abrahamic religions in the Middle East and is believed by some to ward off evil.

    There are no superstitions in islam.

    Superstitions = bid'ah

We ultimately become the victims of suspicion, hatred and fear. We become blind to our own weaknesses and shortcomings and simply attribute all our ills to some external forces."
