Calm down. The Wild only traded his rights away, and it is unlikely Tampa will get him to sign anything before tomorrow anyway. Then he will be an unrestricted free agent and can sign with whomever he wants... and that still may be the Wild.

I have 2 favourite players on the Leafs.

1. Darcy Tucker, who was bought out by the Leafs last week.

2. Mats Sundin, who might go to our rivals, the Habs.

Of course we're sad to see our favourite players go but hopefully this is what is best for our team.

He is not gone yet. The Wild only traded his rights for a conditional pick in 09 or 10. If Tampa doesn't sign him by july first there nothing stopping him from going back to the Wild.

So far they only traded his RIGHTS.  Hopefully Tampa doesn't sign him by tomorrow, and he could go back to the Wild!...or sign with another team.  Sorry :-(
