BROKEN AT&T TILT! The battery wont charge and when i plug it in to charge and turn it on it does the whole...?

welcome start up thing over and over. So my question is, is it worth trying to get fixed, how much does this type of problem cost to get fixed? and where would i take it to get fixed? thankks!

ummm well if you had it under a year... just call att and they

will try to fix it.. and if not... they will replace it...
