  2. What you are probably talking about is the Trans Millenio. This is a high capacity fast moving train/bus system that brought true mass transit to Bogota. Before (and now too) it was a mis-mash of buses and confusing routes. Bogota suffers (Badly I might add) from Urban sprawl and the Trans Millenio helps move people from A to B
